Laguna Bay villas comprise 114 licensed condominiums on a beautifully landscaped site just minutes away from Disney World and the other attractions. The buildings are very spacious and are similar in many respects (if not identical) to those at nearby Island Club, Villas at Somerset, Sweetwater Club, Royal Palm Bay, Windsor Palms etc.

Living / Dining RoomThe spacious living/ dining room features a lovely arched bay window and includes cable TV, video player, cd player, radio and ceiling cooling fan. Videos and Playstations can be rented from the clubhouse overnight to keep you entertained. There are two sofas (one of them a sofa-bed for 2) that provides seating for 8. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for 6.
The villa has a fax machine and photo printer at its desk workstation, allowing you to take care of any business.
Kitchen/ Hallway cupboardThe kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven/ grill, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster along with the usual kitchen gadgets. Pots and pans, utensils, cutlery, dishes and plates are of course also provided for use.
For those times when you don’t feel like cooking, many of the local restaurants will deliver to your door or the curbside. You’ll find a telephone in the kitchen for just such occasions.

Outback SteakhouseThe hallway’s large open cupboard houses a washing machine and clothes dryer and has space for storing large bulky items.
Master BedroomThe master bedroom is King size and has an adjacent en-suite with toilet, shower and wash hand basin. This room overlooks the swimming pool, tennis, children's play area with slides BBQ area, etc. The room also has a telephone, cable TV, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan.
Clean linen & towels are provided as standard.
2nd Bedroom
The 2nd bedroom is Queen size and has a radio/alarm clock, large wardrobe and other furniture etc. Clean linen and towels are provided as standard.
Twin Bedroom
The twin features two single beds, furniture, radio/alarm clock and large walk-in wardrobes.
Main BathroomThe main bathroom is next to the twin room off the hallway and has a bath + shower, a wash hand basin with cupboard and a toilet.
ClubhouseOutside at the clubhouse you’ll find the heated walk-in swimming pool and Jacuzzi/ hot tub for soothing those aching muscles. Next to this you’ll find barbecues and seating as well as a tennis court and kids play area/ sandpit with a climb frame and slide.
Inside the clubhouse you’ll find a games room, exercise gym as well as a cafe bar and shop where you can stock up on travel necessities such as suntan lotion, camera film, medicines, soft drinks and souvenirs. This is also the place to rent videos and PlayStation games for overnight enjoyment.
Other Facilities
The villas entrance door has a lockable door cupboard containing swimming pool floats, lilos, beach balls, tennis rackets and BBQ stuff. Upon your arrival you’ll find the key to the lockable safe which can be used to stow-away your valuables.
