Value for money rates

Orlando vacations can be expensive if you don’t do your research and planning ahead carefully.
The two major expenses are :

1. Somewhere to stay
2. Theme park tickets.

A hotel room at one of the pricey hotel chains, which dominate the area, can cost the same per night as one of our condos. And if you’ve more than 4 people in your party you’ll probably need to rent at least 2 hotel rooms plus you’ll have the expense of eating all your meals at restaurants. Rent a villa from us and use the money saved for attraction tickets or dining out.

And what about when you’re not at the theme parks? Do you really want to be cramped in a small hotel room with its limited amenities or would you prefer to spread out in your own holiday home.

For the sake of your health, sanity and bank balance, please, please rent one of our villas.
You’ll be glad you did!

Rates

The prices in US dollars below are for guidance only.
Please agree the exact price with the owner when confirming your booking.

Current up to end 2011

$525 per week for a 3 bed villa and $75 per day thereafter

ie 2 weeks=$1050

These prices are fixed for UK customers (prices are in GBP)

Current up to end 2011

£315 per week for a 3 bed villa and £45 per day thereafter

ie 2 weeks=£630

Cost is dependent on the seasonal month (and the number of people staying?)
Any number of days can be booked.
Cost given includes cleaning fees, local taxes & Florida taxes, etc.
